I feel best when I'm in my healthy goal weight range of 130-140lbs. It's taken me years to get there again and discover where I'm comfortable. This past fall was super hard for me and it shoes on the scale. I want to feel comfortable again. =)

I do so well... until stress hits or I get sick. Then I *really* feel like I'm starting from zero, again.
