My favorite things about AdvoCare:

1. It's so easy to follow! Their programs (24 Day Challenge and 10 Day Cleanse) come with schedules of what to eat, when, and the supplements recommended.

2. Spark! It has totally replaced my coffee. It is so much more energizing to have a full glass of water in your system before anything else.

3. Nighttime Recovery Protein Shake. It seriously reduces soreness. This shake, combined with the Catalyst supplement are fantastic.
