Congrats on the Whole30! I can't imagine going sugar free.

Thanks! It has been quite the journey and I'm on day 27. I can definitely notice a hormonal difference and obviously weight loss/body changes. I plan to add back in legumes and then brown rice. Sugar is staying out as well as most gluten (avoiding processed stuff).
