So I’m wrapping up a 6 week long vacation back home here in the United States and temptations are real! I live in Italy now but I came to Texas to help my sister at the end of her pregnancy and to help with the newborn these last 6 weeks! Ah I’m in love with my baby niece and don’t want to go, so I joined this group to help me stay positive and on the right track as going back to no family and super far is always a hard adjustment after a nice visit back home. I figured this is my favorite type of online community (4th DietBet here!) Well here just to try and keep my self accountable in the last two days I’m in the states and trying not to let the “last time eating this…” temptation take over. I need all the extra support these days and hoping the 15 hour flight day Friday doesn’t get me too off track!! Tips and advice welcomed :))

All the extra water drinking has me getting up to use the bathroom at night. I was so exhausted by the time my alarm came up. Didn’t get my early morning workout cause of it. Any tips on maybe a good time to finish water by?

Got my workout in now but at much later, more inconvenient time than I would have liked but did it! 🙌

I try to hit my water goal around 5/6 after that I don’t chug like I do in the day/ switch to a hot tea!

I am riding the struggle bus finding ways to eat more veggies and eat more. I usually only eat two meals a day because I’m just not that hungry anymore baby snack suggestions?

Love mini cucumbers and baby carrots always stocked in the house for munching! I love it with hummus. Another one sounds weird ilana posted it before- pickles and hummus! Legit addicting and so good!!

  • Wooohoo just joined! Ive been hosting a lot of events and dinner parties and realized im 4.5 pounds up from just a few weeks ago. It doesn’t seem like alot but it’s a slippery slope, especially this time of year. I’m so excited to be in on the action with this amazing group and looking forward to the accountability too!! We have plans to go out on Thursday night and Saturday night but now I’m already thinking about whether I want to drink at them or not. It’s only the beginning of a lot of holiday parties and things, and I know I can have just as much fun and sleep way better if I don’t.

    Eeeee I level the added level of mindfulness this game brings!!! Don’t you!?! It’s going to be great! I love you guys already!
