Well I'm officially crippled. This weekend on Sat I walked 22km!!!. Then on Sunday I walked 12km. I will admit my husband and I had no idea the Caltex was actually THAT far away but we did it!!!!!. I have however lost use of my legs and by behind is in a permanent state of rigor LOL I'm hoping all this exercise builds muscle and I can work at it less in a few months...
