Linda! It sounds like you've done great here! Do you feel like the diet bet challenge helped you? I haven't lost my 4% either time, but I've lost about half of that each time and am so far keeping my weight down. I still have a ways to go, but this has been a great way for me to feel more motivated than doing it all by myself. Anyway, I want to congratulate you on your achievement!
