Hey, thanks for sharing your story. I'm glad you're here striving for a healthier life style. I'm sure Francy will give us some helpful tips along the way. This should be fun.
When you're at Disneyworld think about how expensive things are. That might keep you from buying the cotton candy, ice cream, and other junk food. Definitely carry a water bottle, refill it and drink often. Try and focus on all the positives around you. You're going to be doing a lot of walking at Disney all while looking at amazing stuff, so that's a great start! Also, make sure to pack some healthy snack for yourself. Maybe some almonds or some kind of healthy granola bar. You'll save yourself money and calories. Have fun at Disney. Hope to hear about how you managed to eat healthy during your trip.

Wow what a journey you have been on. Thanks for telling it!!! This will definitely be a motivator for you if you log on and continuously look to everyone for support. I know it has helped me greatly to hear how others are doing. It reminds me that everyone is going through their own battles, but it is what we choose to do with our present that defines you as a person. You can do this. I was 211 on my wedding day and could barely believe what I was seeing on the scale. It was a kick in the ass for me and Dietbets have really helped me lose weight. Maybe you should try swimming for your feet issues??
