Haven’t forged myself on pizza. Been trying to log my food to stay accountable.

Not stress eat. Stay away from chocolate and candy at work.

Not good

Not eat after 8PM, resist sweet snack food at work, not eat pizza and pasta with the kids.

I helped encourage someone else. I been using my blender bottle to make shakes at work.

If I am drinking shakes I have to stop eating so much food or it will work against my goal.

I did a Taekwando class and was able to go to work the next day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had to cook on the weekend and I made something with yams I thought the kids would like. They liked it but I liked it even more than them. I was not accountable.
