I just won by 3 pounds, got messages for verified weigh-ins, but then got message saying I didn't meet my goal. How does this happen that people are told they lost without reviewing the "losing" entries. $100 is a lot of money for no type of quality control.

Great job Aaron. I found it very hard at first but like you I have felt so much energy. I'm loving this new lifestyle.

Awesome! It works really well for me too! I do 25% carbs, 35% fats, and 40% protein and no alcohol. I'm also really careful to include plenty of fresh veggies and berries in addition to the healthy fats and protein. I give myself one cheat day per week which keeps me sane but I track my calorie count to keep myself from going crazy with cravings. I find the cheat day gives me something to work for and keeps me focused and happy.
