Lauren - I was the same way .... then I figured out its not a diet but a life style change! You have to just change in a way that you can do forever .... allow the treats, but stay on top of it!! I lost 70 lbs doing that in a year (unfortunately stress came back in a major way and I gained around 30 .... but I never gave up! I new I just needed to change again...) There is something freeing about knowing that its not that you "cant" eat something .... its simply that you "don't"
