Its a nutrition office. Im on a diet called Optifast but my diet is different from the typical Optifast. Because I workout for 2 hours a session 4/5 times a week, my body needs more than 800 all liquid calories. So, I eat cold-water fish and white meat such as turkey and chicken. I am on an extremely low sodium diet and am constantly in a safe state of Ketosis.
