Rolled my ankle last weekend, now my hip and thigh hurt from walking differently to keep full weight off of the bad ankle. But…. I am eating well and staying active in other ways. My whole body hurts in that good I’m making progress way.

Side bonus the scale is going down.
(I know this is the main bonus, but feeling good about me is the real goal).

  • Let's talk about and idea that may be a little controversial... I'd love to get your thoughts. Do you agree with this weight loss tip?

👉 First focus on nutrition, then exercise.

    The idea is twofold:

    1. Cutting calories can cause fatigue and you may be too tired to workout. Which can also lead to giving up altogether.

    2. At the beginning of your weight loss plan, you should focus on your diet because it matters more. Putting all your energy into healthy eating, you set yourself up for quicker results and staying motivated longer.

What do you think? Is that good advice? Share your thoughts!
Also, leave a 1 below if you're focused on nutrition now or a 2 if you're more focused on exercise.

I am a 1 for sure right now. I had a knee injury and surgery that lead me to spending 8 weeks on my side in bed. The only thing that kept my weight under control was my food awareness.
