Thanks so much Chrissy.. I'm not doing well at all.. LOL.. can't stop coffee or weight.. OMG.. at this rate.. I am going to freak out... I feel like it's the coffee's fault.. but it's soooo good! Thanks ....I'm amazed at my progress ;)) was really hard for me too, but little by little it got easier , ....just start cup at a time & you'll get there ;)))
