I don’t know if it’s just me, but sometimes, when I’m doing a diet bet, I focus way to much on the scale... and I don’t see any weight loss for a number of days.

One thing I’ve learned from Ilana is that if you’re too focused on the scale, you’re not focused enough on the 2 bunnies. instead of worrying about the scale, I’m going to focus on more water and veggies most, while tracking with details, and weighing daily for information only. That is my key to success!

Are the 2 bunnies water and veggies? I assume so based on your post, makes sense :) I feel you though about focusing too much on the scale and feeling affected when it doesn’t budge, I’m currently there right now.

AshRaz- most people in this group are doing Beachbody’s 2BMindset! It’s a nutrition educational program by Ilana (the overseer of this bet.) We have a bunch of slang we throw around!

I’m hopeful the scale will catch up... it hasn’t moved in a week and a half.. I’m doing both of the bunnies pretty perfectly... I’m just trying to trust the process, but it’s so triggering!

day 1. lost to reece’s pb thin cups (like 4 of them). but ate a xl kale salad with chicken, avo, hemp, chia, flax, and gogi. gotta figure out portion sizing.... but. ONE DAY AT A TIME. also worked out for the first time in months and....... send help!! 😩

I was crazy nervous to suscribe to this dietbet...Dietbets make me anxious and they had a negative impact on my relationship with food. Since following 2B mindset, I've felt so much better and free (while loosing almost 40lbs now!). But when on dietbets, all I think about is that darn number, and loosing more and more. Saying no when I want to say yes, no treats and stressing out when going out. I stopped myself from working out or taking long walks because I know the scale creeps up when I move more.

I decided to register anyway because I'm only a few pounds away from being back in my healthy weight range, and it would be fantastic to have that accomplished by my vacation, which starts on July 19th. I'll try to see the dietbet winnings as a collateral bonus. I'll be working out, walking more, and enjoying a moderate amounts of treats here and there. I'll focus on my efforts and my health (both mental and physical). This dietbet gives me a timeframe to see what happens during 4 week when I do that.

I'll try to turn my fears into faith. 2 bunnies everyday. We'll see what happens.

I ended a transformer the same day I started a kickstarter and thought the same as you when I saw how much 4% was for me --8.6 pounds! I was shocked and thought no way, since I'd 'only' lost 4 pounds the previous round. But, it gave me new motivation and I ended up losing 10 pounds, so I joined this one next. Push yourself, stay consistent, and you'll knock it out of the park!
