Great job! I think I will do a weigh in on Mondays :-)

I need to weigh in a couple times a week to keep myself on track. I know once a week is best but it's easier for me to stick with the program when I can see if I'm getting to liberal with my servings!

The smaller challenge is with someone I know. The other challenge is just one I joined -- why not REALLY motivate mysefl by doubling my bet? :)
