I no longer enjoy the up and down rollercoaster of dieting....I have found keeping active in exercise helps me to feel better...giving me more energy to get through the day...ultimately my clothes start to fit better. I rarely EVER weigh myself.

The thing about Dietbet is that you are not competing against anyone.You are competing against you. You are the only one that can decide if you want to lose the weight or not. Just put your mind to do it and you will lose the weight. Dietbet is the best place I have found to lose lots of weight. But you have to work hard at it. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, stay focused and don't get discouraged when things get tough, cut out all salts, and you will be happy with the results. Good luck and work hard.

Well I am getting pumped and ready for this challenge to myself starting tomorrow. I still have to do my weigh in which I will do and post later this evening after my long day at work. (with my daughters help). I started my Monday off with a great workout.....10 minute cardio run on the treadmill...and 35 minute workout with weights. I have been doing a Green Smoothie regimen....breakfast and lunch....not sure if I should continue this throughout this challenge or eat a balanced breakfast and safe the smoothie for just lunch. Any suggestions? My dinner usually consists of normal somewhat healthy dinner with my family.
