Non-scale victory of the week!

Absolutely no fried food this week! I cut out anything processed and added no salt when cooking. Lack of swelling feels so good!

I need to space out my smart points and not eat them all at night.

I said not to AYCE sushi TWICE in one day.

I stayed on program every day for the last two weeks and it’s starting to pay off.
