Thanks so much! My secret is that I haven't done ANYTHING in over 2 years and now I am finally moving. :-) I'm doing cardio 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time...and a little bit of strength training. Nothing crazy, but it's so much better than nothing. I also gave up all those sweets I've been downing for the past 2 years. I allow a little every once in awhile, but I have cut WAY back on the sugar. :-) How are you doing?? :-)
