Don't let this stop you Kate! Drink a lot of water (I like it much better with mint lemon and ginger blended in it and strained, I drink 2 mason jars of it a day!) Now that the weather is getting warmer go for walks. I know you can do it. I want you to so I know I can too!

I workout 7 days a week. 2 HIIT a day, strength training 6 days a week (alternating parts), yoga 3 times a week.
