Nicole, I just added you as a friend. Sounds like we have had a similar experience with losing, and gaining it back. How old is you baby? I assume that is you baby in the picture...

Hi, baby boy is 7 1/2 months old. Such a happy and easy baby, I have no complaints. Husband works evenings and weekends though, so I'm pretty much on my own all the time. Working out 1 or 2 times a week doesn't do much for me you know. Do you have kids? Do you have a good balance of 'you' time? That's where I'm struggling.

That's tough! I worked full-time when I had my son, who is now 13! The time sure flies. Have you tried doing Zuzka's ZGym workouts? I did them in my bedroom first thing in the morning for a while. They were pretty hard, so I had to modify, but I was able to do my modified version and always felt like I got a good workout. I am back to running now and try to do that as much as possible. If you have good weather where you live, maybe a baby jogger? My son loved the baby jogger, fell asleep in it every time! I'm in California, pretty good weather most of the time.
