I know the feeling, I am struggling with it myself...:/ On one hand my mom is like yeah go ahead eat it, or look I bought donughts, you want mine? And few minutes later you should watch out what you eat........you are fat. THEN WHAT IS IT DAMN IT!!!!! And we are due on visiting them for easter.....sigh

Even when I know something isn't healthy for me, I have such a hard time not putting "just a little" on my plate. I'd rather have one day of being so stuffed than answer the questions of why I'm "not eating" because I didn't go for a slice of every kind of pie. I totally agree with allowing a little extra to get the metabolism to start burning a little more! We can do it!

Love these tips. So I think the plan is to... drink a glass of water 10 minutes before the food is served, start with the veggies & protein to fill up, and sit in a place where I can't see the food table. Awesome.
