Amy M., you definitely can do it! I just wanted to share with you that I did Weight Watchers and it was fantastic. I lost slowly but steadily. Lost about 25 pounds, and got into my healthy BMI. Then I gained back about 5-7 (no fault of Weight Watchers, I just got "less adherent to the Plan," as they put it, heh) and now decided I'd like to lose that, but also go lower into my healthy BMI range. So now I'm going to do Weight Watchers again combined with this challenge. Just wanted to say you have in my opinion picked a very good and sane food/activity plan, with WW. I also developed much healthier habits because of it. Go for it!!!!
