Hey Julia! I totally get the whole attachment to food...I am bad about being anxious and wanting unhealthy comfort food or feeling like in order to really celebrate an event or even a good day it needs to be covered in frosting! Yes feeding our bodies with healthy foods is the best thing we can do, but I think it takes conscious practice that will hopefully become a habit! Good luck!
