Non-scale victory of the week!

Pulled out some old shorts that I haven't fit into forever and they fit great, despite the fact that I've gained weight

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

For some reason I've really been snacking too much. The tortilla chips have been calling my name.

Clothes are getting baggier. Would be nice if my weight was actually dropping though.

Moved more, outside of exercise

Had to get rid of some sweatpants that were too big...I just couldn't tighten them enough. Also, just feeling much lighter when I'm running and jumping and stuff.

Honestly, this week was pretty good.

not really any....totally overdid it at Christmas, so much that I was eating things that didn't really even taste good to me anymore

Drink more water. Rest a little more. Recover basically, since I've been working hard and really sore lately. Enjoy the holidays, and then get right back to my diet and exercise plan on the 27th.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did the best I could over Thanksgiving but by the time we were on our way home I was so hungry I ate tacos and donuts. Oh well, I did the best I could and turned down a lot of pie in the 5 days before that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not a lot. Did the best I could while staying at someone else's house, with limited fruits and veggies and lots of unhealthy foods and food I didn't really like.

Lose this extra water weight so I can sew what I'm dealing with as far as weight gain goes from Thanksgiving. I'm weighing in about 6 lbs heavier than last week.

Try to avoid after dinner snacks. Don't go crazy on Halloween. Try that hip new thing called "moderation".
