Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

It seems like I eat my emotions. I just had a miscarriage a few weeks ago and just ate my feelings away. Before that, when I had a long or rough day at work I always made excuses to do out to eat instead of cooking something healthy at home.
