Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a good job planning meals and making smart choices when eating out. I am tracking my nutritional intake for all meals, as well as tracking my exercise.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I told myself I was going to avoid all sweets. I had some candies from my kids Easter basket. Tracked them and didn’t go over my calorie targets.

Long-term goal weight

160 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have control issues with food. I am either vigilant in my diet and exercise or I fall in to depression and eat to excess. I’ll eat protein and veggies for weeks, but can also eat like a maniac devouring entire pints of ice cream, entire boxes of cookies, 6 donuts, etc. My long term goal is health. I need to find balance. I’d like to find a way to maintain a weight between 160 and 165lbs where I exercise daily and maintain a good percentage of muscle. I am more and more concerned about my kids’ eating and activity habits. I started my weight loss journey a few years ago. I am still on low side of weight, but I want to be healthy. Started at 208 pounds at my heaviest. Was below 155 at my skinniest

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To get back to daily exercise. I was very happy exercising and eating healthy with some balanced (negative calorie intake binge days) treats. I use to run daily (1013 days of running in a row and I’ve complete many races and Spartans) and exercise. I got injured. Had a health scare with my heart. I know where I need to be. To sleep early. Balances and managed diet. Daily running and exercise. This week. Run every day, 1 to 3 miles a day. 6 miles by the end of the week. Work out 3 days for 15 minutes.
