Making sure you're not bloated around the time of the weigh in is so hard! I'm drinking lots of water and keeping my salt and oil intake to a minimum. I made the goal 0.3 kgs under but I'm scared of the day to day fluctuations my weight seems to have, sometimes it's as much as a a kilo or two

What about the fluctuations feel scary ? If the regular weighing is stressful you may do better with measurements. Doesn’t help with the game but if the game is causing fear and stress might not be a good option for you.
