  • I think it tastes good, but I have covid and lost my taste, so who really knows, lol... it's toast with avocado, grilled ahi tuna and eggs... 524 calories and 48g of protein

These challenges have really helped me get creative with the calories I'm allotted šŸ˜‰

I've been doing this since July 11th I've lost 101 lbs so this is harder now! I'm plateauing and it's driving me crazy! I was 303.3 I'm now 202.3 but now it's hard!!

Way to stick with it! It gets harder when you're about to level up, keep going!

Sarah R.

Good for you! You obviously know what youā€™re doing but are you getting enough protein/protein at every meal? Adding in strength training? You got this!

  • Went swimming today and glanced at myself in my swimsuit in the mirror. I was compelled to take a picture then I went back in my photos on my phone. Found this picture of when I first got this swimsuit. I was 280 pounds in the left picture, in the right picture which was taken today I weighed 212. My advice for anyone on a weight loss journey is to take progress photos! Even if you hate what you look like in the mirror someday you will be happy to have these photos to help share your journey with other people! At my high weight of 295 my waist measured 55ā€. Today Iā€™m down to a 41ā€ waist. This has been a long journey but I wanted to share a bit of my story. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with postural Orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or other wise known as POTS. I had to use a cane when walking just to keep my balance. Today Iā€™m able to walk over 3 miles without stopping with no cane or assistance device. My next goal is to start jogging. Iā€™m still a little over 40 pounds to my goal weight but Iā€™m learning to enjoy the journey.

I didn't make it this round but I am still so proud of myself! I missed it by 2 pounds so I'll take it! Non scale victory, I fit into a pair of jeans that I never would have thought I would this morning. Starting my journey of weight loss in November 2023 in a size 30 jeans, today I'm wearing a size 24!!!!!!! Wooooooo!

  • Finishing this week stronger than it started with a early Sunday workout on the stairs! Not looking like I'm personally gonna hit my goal to win this game, but doesn't mean I'm giving up & so thankful for our game keeping me accountable aswell as more aware of my own choices! Win or lose, just a reminder that we're all winners for being here & for trying. I plan to crush the next game regardless & to keep going! Keep fighting my friends it's not over yet! Don't forget our next game also starts April 24th (tried to make games closer together) if you want to join us - see you there!

Must drink lots of water!!

Tip: if you make a mistake just track it and move on. Donā€™t sit and stress about it forever, when thinking about long term, youā€™re one extra snack/meal or whatever it was doesnā€™t even matter!

Yikes! Just got on the scale and I've got a couple pounds to go, and it's the weekend. How's everyone else doing? I see the few posts from those who have made it and a couple that are in the same boat as me. What's y'all's game plan for these last few days and pounds?

You got this

Cindy D.

I have 1.1 to go as of this morning - If all goes as planned I can meet that goal. Stay strong all - eat protein - drink water - eat your greens - we can do it!

Whatā€™s everyoneā€™s philosophy on cheat meals/cheat days?

I usually don't do a cheat day. I used to but it seemed to throw me off balance.

Megan M.

So I don't really do cheat days. I keep a 1200 to 1700 range, all of which puts me in a calorie deficit. Most days I keep at the 1200 mark, but if there is a day when I need an extra treat I keep in my 1700 range, but I also don't worry if I'm a little over because in the course. This has really helped my mindset so I don't get off track with a cheat day, I used to turn one into multiple and have a hard time getting back on track.
