Wow Tracy you have lost over 9lbs in just one month and that's great! What are you doing? I've tried everything but still haven't found the "right" long-term plan!

Thanks Val. I am walking/running 5 days a week using the c25k ap- just finished week 4 (I repeat each week twice since I struggle so with running)...drinking lots of water..at least 64 ounces a day but usually closer to 100. I am also watching my eating. I use portion control more than anything because I cannot stand feeling deprived of my favorite foods. But I do track all my calories. I use the ap that goes with my fitbit force. I love my fitbit- keeps me accountable. I think doing these dietbets is great motivation too. Praying I can keep focused and on track. Good luck to you!
