What you are doing is perfect, finding another goal besides weight loss is the key to maintaining. You will always have to watch what you eat forever to keep the weight down once you are at goal. I have seen too many people go right back up!


That is amazing. Thank you for sharing! I am not to the point where I could be a body builder at all! Lol. But we are all here competing against our ourselves to get to where we want to be. It is awesome! I have started to eat clean, and I can already tell the difference in how my body feels. It even changes my moods. Coffee and soda are honestly my worst addictions too. I have to lose 100+ lbs. I have considered weight loss surgery, but I am afraid of all the side effects and things that can happen. And in my heart and mind.. I know that I CAN do this with the right mindset and focus! (Staying focused is what is so hard.)I have always been up and down in weight. I was up to 300+ lbs 2 years ago, and I said "This is it. I am going to die if I do not change." And I am doing it. :) We can all do it! :) I wish you the best in your journey!
