Downloading this into my brain as we speak!!! ThanX for this and congratulations on getting back on the wagon. I can relate to the cooking dilemma, i too am a bbq fan, but have curbed my red meats tremendously over the last few weeks, opting for turkey, chkn, n seafood. the most difficult are the starchy "staples" that usually comprise comfort foods, so i basically had to redefine comfort and find comfort in healthier choices....hence my new love for green smoothies. :) Again, thanX for postin this info, and cheers to u on ur journey.
