Hey Jenny you should join my sister and I in Turbofire. We are going to follow the 1 month program for sure and are seriously thinking of doing the 3 month like the other girls. We can set something up for motivation and accountability thru our work out group, here, beach body online gym, or Facebook. Here would be the easiest:) if you want. Absolutely you will love it and get amazing results! And its so fun and doable: )
