Stressful week traveling hospital with surgery for a family member. Has been about 13 days from home. Walked lots to manage stress and emotions

Did a road trip with 2 solid days in class. Calling it a win

Not perfect but still very good. Low energy. Struggling with that. No work outs in. Need to try harder. Still recovering from injury so hopefully energy improves
