Drinking more water and solid meal prep. Started physio. Feeling hopeful for shoulder injury

Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally got out walking regularly and did start some work outs. Bern clearing through the wood tree debis pile. It's pretty hard on my arms and shoulders. Hopefully I can safely gain strength. There was a super off track day other days a super star. Tried adding salmon toy quiche to up protein. Definitely would not recommed. Or at least the flavour profile I certainly didn't get it. Here is to another week. Looked so bloated in this weeks weigh in. Perhaps that will motivate me on track. Cheers.
