I am in a similar boat. I use to do triathlons, and some running. Now I am married with two kids. I haven't been in an accident but I work a lot of hours and my last pregnancy was really rough. I ate too many chips. Don't hate your body. It has gotten you this far. Just show it a little more love :) we will get through this together!


Hi Shelley, thx for your answer. I will not do triathlon again, because of running. I think, it is not good for joint and ligament. So i do swimming, cycling and inline skating. I hope to do this challenge, so i am motivated to do more in future. Hope, you will do same :-)
