I did the math and realized I need a calorie deficit around 1000 every day to meet the goal :flushed: definitely no more desserts or alcohol! I’ve been working on going more plant based so hopefully that helps!

Cutting out my boredom snacks during the workday and alcohol on non-social nights. Also looking to shift meal focus from heavy carb to heavier vegetable. And lots of water.
