Uggggh- there is a good chance I won't win this round. Been up and down the same pound for a week. Yesterday I binge ate/drank and that 1 lb turned into 3 over night..May try a 3 day cleanse this week. Even if I don't make this round I plan to catch up before the next! I just joined a kickstarter for extra motivation! Any tips to get rid of 5lbs in a week?

Yes, I was going to say water! I drink more than that even. I generally drink at least 12 c. water per day (I'm about 160 lbs), but to bump up weight loss, I'll drink 16-20 c. in a day (a gallon or a little more). It's a lot, but it feels good & it works! Also recommend going with just fruits, veggies & protein/fats/dairy. No grains/starches if you can. Good luck :smiley:

Update: low carb and extra water seem to be working. Although drinking water is hard for me so no way could I do half my body weight (even on oz) or a full gallon. Getting in 64oz is a gold star day for me!
