Hey Tracy! Thanks for the encouragement this month! I think I have made it... I will have cut it pretty close but I am looking forward to the weigh in. How are you making out??

Still going at it. I'm happy I achieved my 4% but have a long way to go to reach my ultimate goal. If I interpreted correctly as long as I don't go over 12% I should be good...and if I could go over 12% in a month I wouldn't be in the shape I'm in now! ;0) Focusing more on my 1/2 hour of elliptical workout every morning and eating better. Still sugar free since we started this...aside from two rye and coke pressed drinks I had on Saturday...I also have a ladies night planned for January 31st...right before weigh that's scary.

LOL about the rye & cokes and your thoughts on ladies night. I'm sure you'll be fine. Enjoy!

Thanks, Hedi! I'll be out today after work for Week 1 Day 4. When's your next session? And where do you live, by the way?

Thanks, Kathy. Now that you've hit your goal, are you still going strong at it, or maintaining your current weight for the next challenge?
