Still going at it. I'm happy I achieved my 4% but have a long way to go to reach my ultimate goal. If I interpreted correctly as long as I don't go over 12% I should be good...and if I could go over 12% in a month I wouldn't be in the shape I'm in now! ;0) Focusing more on my 1/2 hour of elliptical workout every morning and eating better. Still sugar free since we started this...aside from two rye and coke pressed drinks I had on Saturday...I also have a ladies night planned for January 31st...right before weigh in...so that's scary.
