Non-scale victory of the week!
I remained consistent this week even after getting some not-so-good news from my doctor. I also put on a pair of jeans, this week, and actually needed a belt! Yippee!

I could have done a better job at resisting a few carbs more this week. Real struggle!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Eat cleaner this week! Keep up my routine with walking but add two workouts with light weights this week. Trying hard to reach my goal down the home stretch! I'm really proud that I've stayed consistent! That is a real challenge for me!
