I’m so frustrated. I’ve been in a calorie deficit all week. Yet, somehow, I’m up .5 lb. from last week. I don’t know if I’m going to make the goal now. 😭

I'm super proud of myself and of my progress in meeting my long term goals, but I've started loosening my eating a little bit and I'm anxious about snacking. I feel like I need to work on resetting my attitude toward food now that I'm approaching my goal weight, and it's scaring me a little bit because I've worked so hard to get here and don't want to mess it up!

For me it’s the same, balancing what I eat with how much exercise I do to burn it off.

  • Okay, that turkey sausage looks funky... But I swear, it’s BOMB… it’s from Safeway. I took a chance on it this week and it turned out pretty good. I’m going back to buy more today.
    But this is my breakfast. Plant butter (which is also amazing) used for my bread and cooking with an egg and avocado.
