Non-scale victory of the week!
I started off this week with a real big bounce back in weight from all of my salty victory food. So I was able to have consistent one meal a day activities and a decent amount of exercise on the weekend and even some during the week. Slow and steady wins the race.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I still think that I could benefit from a routine, a planned expected schedule. I think that I play it a little loose and I need some structure. So I'm going to work on two-day plans, maybe a three-day plan, so that I can use the weather and my other priorities as a way of getting multiple categories of wins.

it’s a schedule for Sunday night Monday and Tuesday. I would like to practice planning and executing better.
