Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m on holiday, I’m finding hard to enjoy the culture and food as well as sainting weight loss. I feel I’m teetering on the edge and I’m missing walks with my dog

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel it went spot on. anything more would have been too stressful. but 1-2 less beers would be good and better sleep.
