Goodmorning everyone!
I decided to do 2 DietBets so I won’t gain through the holidays. I need the accountability to motivate me.
I’m going to my doctor today for annual physical and excited to show her how much weight I’ve lost in past year.
Back in April 2024 I was my biggest 225.4, this morning got on scale and am 150.0!!!
My goal is between 140-145 for now and I’ll see how it feels.
I went from 2XL to M shirts and 18 -8 jeans.
I know I can win this.
Just wanted to wish everyone here the best.

Logan P—-Yes I have been doing DietBet this whole year and has helped me so much.
My Doctor appointment today was the best feeling. She was so happy for me and all my progress not only just the weight but my A1C (now not pre diabetic) my cholesterol dropped, and all other vitals super great!!!
It was a great day.

Sandy B—-you can do it, it doesn’t mater how long it takes. I looked at it in 10 pound goals which made it more of a possible goal for me.
