I work from home too. I have my Fitbit set to remind me to get up from my desk and move every hour. Without that I can get caught up in what I’m doing and spend hours sitting at my desk.

WFH is a blessing and curse. Nice to get extra workouts in but much easier to hit the fridge and snack. :joy:. My goal is way less of that.

Need some advice how to get yourself to exercise. This is my downfall. I'm a very busy person so to find a few minutes to exercise is really hard

If weight loss is your goal you don’t need exercise. Exercise is for your heart and overall health. Weight loss is 80-100% diet. If you’re asking because you simply WANT to exercise you got awesome advice from the others here. If you’re asking because you think you have to exercise to lose weight, that is false and not necessary if your diet is on point.
This is how I managed to pack on 50 lbs and still run multiple marathons per year.

I had refused to weight myself without a plan to change it! So I weighed myself today for the first time in nearly a year. Holy moly it’s more than I thought but enough so that it makes me giggle. Let’s do this and get to where we need and want to be! Cheers to the new year everyone!!!

I used to be scared to get on the scale. But now I do it regularly just to keep in check. I feel like if I don’t, I’m allowing myself to let go. Gotta hood yourself accountable!
