Non-scale victory of the week!
I have been going to the gym and doing yoga classes. drinking more water and avoiding bread and the dreaded break room goodies.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
my weigh in this morning was actually my goal weight, but I did not take picture. so this afternoon, after lunch, I weighed in heavier and that was frustrating. but I know I will always weigh in lighter in the morning. I don't know what else I could have done this week. im doing more exercising than I have for a while.
