    Anyone else like to dance their way to fitness? I LOVE a good dance party! Salsa, line dancing, hip-hop – it’s all good to me! Not only does dancing involve engaging all of your muscles and limbs, it also gets your heart pumping. And it’s fun!

@Bernice Same!!!! I do an at home strength training program called UPLIFT and it has iconic music just like that - 90s rap/hip hop and music from the 00s! It really gets me pumped!!!!

    As we roll into Week 3 (can you believe we're at the mid-way point of the game?!), let’s take a look at some of the things we do that may be getting in the way of our efforts to become healthier. I’m pretty sure we all have some unhealthy habits we’d like to break.

    For one week, pick one unhealthy habit you are willing to give up. One bad habit you need to quit. For one week. The next 7 days. See what happens :)

    Be persistent and consistent and be confident that you can rewire your brain! I'm not saying it will be easy, but I know you can do this!

    Let us know the one not-so-great habit you're going to intentionally kick to the curb this coming week.  Do you have a good habit ready to go as a replacement?

    Welcome everyone! If you haven’t already, please introduce yourself. We’re in this together for the next four weeks, so let’s get to know one another, keep each other accountable and celebrate all the successes!

    On this first day, take a moment to set some specific and achievable goals –
    • Are you going to increase your water intake by a certain number of ounces?
    • Are you going to workout/walk a certain number times a week?
    • Are you going to start tracking your food intake?

    Whatever your target goals may be, the key is to have a plan and write it down. Put your plan on a sticky-note on your mirror, let us know your plan or make it a screensaver on your phone. Whatever works for you is what's going to work for you :)

    Is your plan in place? What are you focusing on? Keep it simple and stay consistent – YOU CAN DO THIS!

    I’m Shelby, and I just finished another DietBet where I lost a few pounds and learned a LOT about staying consistent (PCOS girlie here).

    I’m so excited to start this new round and keep building healthy habits with you all!

Hi Shelby! I Just finished a Kickstarter Bet and i am still in a Transformer Bet Till June. I am Tracking calories this month, and trink water First Thing in the morning. I also do strengh training because ive heard that muscles are very important
