Amy and Cathy- you both have everything it takes to reach your goal! Healthy snacks are encouraged so you don't feel deprived, but they should be mindful and low in sodium. I will always preach the importance of water... so drink up! I know you can get it done!

These DietBet challenges are probably the best thing that’s happened for me all these years. I haven’t felt this motivated in a long time. This is my second challenge and I dropped 11 lbs my first challenge. I’ll most likely do these until I reach my main goal!! A lot of days were hard. Forcing myself to get in the habit of working out more, hard… cutting out junk in my diet, hard… but POSSIBLE. ?? getting my health back one day at a time.

I love this app! I’m so happy I came across it. It’s been years since I’ve had a real challenge for myself and this put so much motivation in me. Started 3/10 and lost 11 lbs I’m ready for the next challenge :heart::heart:
