These DietBet challenges are probably the best thing that’s happened for me all these years. I haven’t felt this motivated in a long time. This is my second challenge and I dropped 11 lbs my first challenge. I’ll most likely do these until I reach my main goal!! A lot of days were hard. Forcing myself to get in the habit of working out more, hard… cutting out junk in my diet, hard… but POSSIBLE. ?? getting my health back one day at a time.
