Hi all, this is my first bet! I've always been one to be thinking about snacks but that went into hyper drive recently. I want to feel better through healthy eating and activity, even if it's just a little better than the day before :)
Welcome , every little steps and healthy choices adds up ! Be consistent with your little changes and you will see results . I agree by replacing your go to snacks with healthier one will helps and maybe limiting the snacks for 2-3 times a day
