What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Discipline. I lock in for a few days, life happens and I lose the plot on my diet. I need to meal prep, and make sure I always have healthy options to reach for because I do LOVE healthy food. My issue is not having it available and leaning for the convenience every time.

Hit my macro goals this week, make it to the gym 2x and stay hydrated. I’m pretty sure 90% of my over eating is coming from thirst queues layered with a lack of discipline ?
