For me the hardest thing is to eat healthy and count calories when life gets busy. I am doing the Thistle meal delivery service which has been very helpful!(I can give anyone who wants to try a code for $120 off first order if it’s in your area.) That has been incredibly helpful! I was doing so good but traveling and a recent neck injury derailed me the last 2 weeks and it was a little disheartening to see the weight I worked to lose gained back! So I’m Using this dietbet kickstarter and a transformer to help get me back on track! It has man really motivating! And some lbs are coming off already so it must have been a lot of water/bloat weight!
