Not terrible but have a goal to lock in better this week. I wasnt able to work out two of the days due to work schedule but stayed pretty consistent with nutrition. Struggling with finding a balance between healthy lifestyle and obsession
Laurie that's the same thing I struggle with. I do so good all day until dinner/evening comes. It definitely helps to plan our exactly what you're going to eat. It's not easy with a family of 7 because often I'll eat something different than I make for them. :sob::sob: But also be flexible. I'm going out to dinner tomorrow so I'm already looking at the menu and deciding what better choices I'm going to make there instead of just ordering there and deciding when I'm already starving. :joy:
